I'm travelling at the moment, but fully intend approaching asic - if not only to get advice on SUM's obligations to keep sh's informed of their activities in a timely manner.
At the moment, I (and I'm sure other bruised SUMters) are completely in the dark, and concerned for the fate of our investment.
Naturally, being unable to contact anyone from SUM directly is more than a bit of a worry.
