ASIC approach might be worth a go Stash. When I noticed the share registry anomaly (see my post of 04/08) I spoke to my broker whether it was worth raising with ASIC but he didn't think so  and thought it was just an error. Pretty big error or simply just very sloppy because these reports should be double checked etc before being released.(AR showed there were 3.8B CDI's whereas their last report at that time showed there were total of 1,98B CDI's in  the top shareholders schedule - not in the page 1 summary - but in the schedule table in the body of the report.  Anyhow, I contacted Rob Gregory directly by mail about it then, who immediately asked his new CFO to respond to it. Never got an answer!  I was just worried that there might be some hanky panky going on, but you never really believe it.

I don't think we are going to have suspension lifted until next year.
