they should have just not said anything on Friday?! very bizarre behaviour for 2 reasons:
1: they hadn't intercepted the primary targets
2: the wording of the ann inferred that they HAD intercepted primary targets and analysis indicated non-commercial (or low commercial) finds.
why why why?!
if they always intended to reach primary targets over the weekend, and the halt was until Tuesday anyway, why. say. anything?!
