Sino has absolutely no liable position for any legal action against them. CDU management signed off on commissioning and engineering. Those engineers and management have potential civil actions to defend if anyone. CDU management also pressured the use of all of the "high grade" pre mined material changing feom the original plans in order to get money asap. again, i reiterate, it was the Board and management decisions that drove that.
You cant blame a customer for asking for more, only bad management for caving to wishes.
I can quite easily direct blame at 6 people in the company. but its easier to say engineer signatories and Board members who deove decisions.

On a note of optimism I heard from very credible source CDU is gunna merge with a Chinese state owned entity already operating in Queensland. The money is done and just hope they can finally get the monkey off their backs♀
