All companies have a thing called "forward looking statements" what that means is : I just read the last 42 posts on CDU and only 2 posters have CDU stock.cant guarantee anything as too many variables, including prices, fund raising, mining problems, values of fuel, value of product, value of shipping and transport, changes in Government legislature. Secondly all directors are covered with Insurances. Thirdly you cant make a claim if you are a creditor. Being a share trader does not constitute a creditor. As I see it the grade that has been produced since went into production of 1.2%Cu is actually 20% higher than the JORC grade. The recoveries are in line with the production recoveries reported.There is only one thing that you could sue the company for is that the process plant has not operated on its designed throughput. The only people that can be sued is the group that CDU purchased the process plant from, Sinosteel are the only people out of this fiasco that you would have a chance of suing. In fact it should be CDU suing them for non specific performance. Shareholders cant even sue them because the contracts are between CDU and Sinosteel. Knowing how much power the Chinese have and $$$$ I would say the whole exercise would be in vain with only money going to lawyers and the chance of being counter sued and participants having to pay the Chinese legal bills which would probably be around $25m. Who wants to stump up $25m to take them on when at the end of the day the money doesn't go to shareholders, only creditors and you may have to pay the Chinese lawyers. Also allow 5 years of pain. You may end up having to pay the Chinese lawyers as well. This is just the way it is. I just read the last 42 posts and seems the Good Cop is the only shareholder. I wont be wasting my money throwing more good money after bad. Im already stressed.
