Keytruda Is effectIve on Its own In approxImatley 40% of melanoma cases treated if memory serves me. There is no mention of the fail in the latest report.
The tactimel trial PartA is designed to treat patients who have had a suboptimal response to keytruda on its own. These 18 patients in the trial PartA have been given efti as well as keytruda in escalating doses.
Part B has a cohort of 6 patients with melanoma who have been given keytruda + efti30mg from the very beginning of their treatment.
