Announcement came out last 20 mins of the day the seller at 11c pulled out.

It someone was to purchase $6000 worth of TPP at market the last traded price would be 15.5c.

Buyers are building up and sellers are thinning out its bound to get se volume and be up over 15c+ soon.

After first contract announced I think we will start seeing the daily volume pick up and then as further good news is released the stock will become more active and SP should be on a steady rise IMO.
