With the appointment of experienced project manages I am far more confident that Phase 3 and Phase 2 mods can be completed according to the timeline outlined. There was actually a good job done for Phase 2 construction, commissioning not so flash.

What I am not yet convinced of is will there be orders waiting to be filled once phase 2 is operational again, presuming it will be operating before Phase 3 completion, and will there then be orders large enough and on an ongoing nature to keep both plants running at say 70% or more capacity.

With the expansion left to the project crew that should leave Cedric be focused on what needs to happen to ensure phase 2 and then 3 kick off with orders waiting. It may all come together, it may not.
