some big boys at play with essar onboard now. all critical infrastructure in place already, being power etc... this one is construction for positioning of new plant, retrofitting phase two and the install of phase three... then commissioning...mineralogy wise they have learnt a hell of a lot from phase two, so commissioning should be nowhere near the drama and time (or testing) as phase two.

of course, fingers crossed....
