Well guys it appears your policy is to think small and stay poor. Your suggestion to  high grade our assets and give any surplus income to shareholders which will stifle growth is unbelievably commercially naïve and loaded with fright.  AJQ began with a plan, that plan has and is being admirably augmented and my sincerest congratulations to our directors. If you're chasing a certain comfortable little return on your money perhaps bonds or annuities and the like would assuage your anxiety.
