Shareholders and underwriters (Mather) just bought 101293720 shares at 10c and in spite of a reasonable assumption that the big fellas are not going to lose on their investment there are sellers at .093 with no buyers. Perhaps there aren't enough on sale to attract a serious buyer but by the same token the small investor isn't very interested either. Doldrums.
