I’m very inquisitive. Chartered Engineer but unrelated field. Used to doing evidence-based analysis for some of my day-job. Apply that thinking to my research of investment fundamentals.

Currently tracking over 30 peers for the Estelle Project. Mix of exploration, feasibility, construction and producing projects.

First port of call is company presentations for peers and expand my research from there. Once I get a basic familiarity with a project I usually just go back to company website and pull up latest corporate preso. Also spend a lot of time looking at history of exploration for individual projects. All the exploration data is often publicly available in news releases ( trickier though with assets in USA and Canada there is less detail typically than in an ASX release, that detail often comes later though in feasibility studies and technical reports ).
