The share price started dropping when the company stopped the buyback since the third week of November 2018. Since December up to now, the management has not bought any shares back on the market. You can click on all buyback announcements. There are none in December, January 2019 and up to now.The directors did a buy back few days ago but it like trying to put the sea water to a sand hole on beach.
Now, there is huge buy 3.3 million shares at 0.018. This is unusual bid. Could it be the management start buying back again while the IPO is being processed for listing on the Canadian stock exchange????????????????????????
