Why was there no announcement when the "pit wall failures" occurred? All the poor holders know is it occurred some time during the quarter, most likely early in the quarter given its impact on production-right around the time the director sold. 2 issues here IMO lack of disclosure and selling on material knowledge unbeknownst to the public. Stinks and puts me off even going in for a trade on this one. Permanently.
