self explanatory if you read the broker report.
want to know the basis of writing that report, is it just to get them on the radar, based on what management told them (or did they want to just hear that, so they could write it and refer to managemnt - did they do their due diligence as all good analysts do...)
anyway, up to you to read and interpret, I am not saying anything. will observe for a few days and take actions according to what I determine is logical
