ABSOLUTELY DISAGREE!!! I work for a major outsourcer and over the past few years we have rejected going for tenders because we did not have a 24x7 SOC... In many cases the RFP's were specifically about providing a SOC. In the long term this will pay off and I have no doubt they will win a lot of business and at a high margin. This guy is really chasing growth and I am now being converted to further hold my shares.
