    Possible $230 mill in orders that could come good. they are the prefferred tenders.
    also on cnbc a analyist pointed out wds, and said its under valued...and consolidation of the industry is happening.. maybe thats why pala bought a big stake?potential merger , take over?? pala paid 60c + so at todays price its cheap imo
