By my very rough calcs the ICR ratio is about 2.4 times. That is very low IMO, and does not leave much of a margin of safety. Maybe that is not a covenant - as was not mentioned - but usually it is. I'm working backwards from the last half year results along with calculating EBITDA and EBIT etc backwards from the leverage info that was provided.
So DYOR.
No wonder that big seller at $1 yesterday just wanted out (possibly just to reduce exposure). Wonder who that was BTW.
