Almost all sellers are selling at a loss now meaning it's a combination of capitulation and tax loss selling. Either that or as discussed the seller did not pay anything for their shares. However, selling cannot continue forever - the sellers will exhaust and then it will move back up to fair value (probably around 4.5 currently imo).
