    When Mike emailed Tino a couple of months back querying the figures as they didn't add up, I'm pretty sure in his reply Tino did mention that the Indonesian govt takes a fair chunk, so you lose it if you don't use it. Or he could have mentioned it in the catch up they had. I don't have time to look back and be factual, but this is the general impression that is etched into my memory.
