OVH is getting a bargain. DVA is forecasting FY16 EBITDA of around $2.25m compared with a loss for OVH. For FY17 a standalone DVA should do EBITDA of around $4m while consensus for OVH is $4.7m. Yet DVA will only end up with 28% of the merged entity.
As a DVA shareholder I'm hoping someone like EQT takes another look given they have previously bid for DVA.
While OVH's share price has done well over the past 12 months, since it listed it has a history of under-delivering on earnings expectations and at this stage I'm not that excited about owning OVH stock
