The only reason this stock is down so low is because Morgan Stanley, who held a huge amount of WFD shares and therefore got OMN shares, are still selling their shares using their bots every single day.

It's just a matter of waiting for a big buyer to buy these shares from the bots. The market cap is starting to get a little ridiculous when compared to the company's cash levels, so hopefully a big buyer sees value soon and starts to build a position.
