The added bonus here is Freshtel has approx 30 million in tax loss benefits which could potentially be used by back door listing company, if an IT sector is backed into.
Clearly there is something in the wind, and I get the feeling that's why hardly no one is selling into the low takeover offer. The current management from what I can see have a history of turning companies around, I guess there just been waiting for the most suitable one.
