So on the 29th they bought back about 17% of turnover on ASX and Chi-x. Yesterday on the 30th they bought back 2m out of 8.3m on asx + 5.6m on Chi-x - 14% of turnover. Certainly you would think the SP is being held aloft by such vigorous buying. I thought the idea of the buybacks was to reduce dilution at the lowest possible cost, and not to support the SP.
So on the 29th they bought back about 17% of turnover on ASX and...
