I find those types the most useless too. Best discussions come from hearing both sides and making a call.
There will be a right time to buy ORE and the others as if all else holds, surpluses should open up again in the early 2020s, especially if this mid-term oversupply really comes through and puts a lot of development assets without off-takes on the back burner.
