I think you will find there is nothing wrong with quality of the 99.9% battery grade material that comprises about half of their current product mix.
I think you will also find there is nothing wrong with the quality of the lower grades they make for other markets and customers.
I expect you will find satisfied customers with product complying with the agreed specifications and fit for the intended purpose.
Grade and quality are not the same thing...
