You can find Joe Lowry saying this since 2016. The only new thing is that he now has a popular podcast promoting him as "Mr Lithium". Meanwhile Orocobre has continued to sell what it produces.
Hard rock producers simply sell crushed rock to China, where the lithium is expensively extracted. Orocobre produces and sells lithium extracted from brine. So a more valid comparison IMHO would be to compare crushed rocks with Orocobre's output. Now who has the higher grade?
