'When i rang OKN about 10days ago their spokesperson was brimming with confidence. NSW is exceptionally strong and i asked about the court-case. The claim is now under arbitration between the 2 parties, and a decision is not expected before Christmas. Howver OKN are very satisfied with the process and are 'very confident' matters will be settled in OKN's favour. This issue has dragged SP down during past few months, and OKN are going to talk about it in some depth at company AGM. I am confident the thrust of message will be: 'be patient and allow due process, BUT be rest-assured OKN management are very confident that the outcome will be favourable to Oakton.' I wouldn't post this info unless i heard it myself and i believed the OKN spokesperson'.
