    OEX is reminiscent of SEH in 2012.
    23-1-2012 seh gas resource and valuation confirmed.
    27-6-2012 seh and mie form strategic partnership.

    OEX could solve their problem by not being allowed to sell
    a percentage of Cambay by following SEH.
    Seh sold 51% of the company holding the psc's.
    Oilex NL Holdings(India) Limited -incorporated in Cyprus
    would hold the psc in Cambay.
    Even simpler,the Scott gets tired of it and buys the lot.
    India would be similar to China,they need the gas not shuffling
    of psc.
