Key to this is what price shale oil out of USA is being produced as they are pumping it out with no cartel controls hence the world oversupply and pricing pressure.
If anyone has it I would love a up to date list of producers and where they are on price curve and what decline if fields is expected on a world view. Really is a case that with alternatives taking edge f in some regions and OPEC keeping pumping as even if they slow there is still plenty of supply but for how long is what I don't know. At $60 a barrel there will not be new development unless very low on cost curve .
Good news is with less development there will be less new discoveries elsewhere funded imo
