I can't see the sense of this deal...other than to use shareholder funds to generate a income stream to continue paying exorbitant directors fees for a few more years.
A better strategy I would have thought would have been to cut the board to the bone and wait/pray for drilling success in the Cooper...not adventures in the US.
And how about some detail of the assets we have just acquired...what are we, mushrooms?
