All of your points are valid concerns.

Especially last two points are not actually concerns, both of them are not acceptable and real and unrepairable incompetency for a board of directors IMO;

1) The shareholders value was being heavily undermined with this 2nd "Placement" in 2 months, whereas the last placement and SPP were done at $0.013c compared to this recent one of $0.006

2) Their response to the "Aware Letter" whereas they informed the ASX that the CRC-P Grant rejection last year would have "virtually no effect" on GPP plans for the OHD project, (PDU was announced that it would be operational June 2018). Then they said on their anns. on May 29 2018 the this would be pushed out to mid 2019 and subject to funding!!!

And we haven't forgot and digested yet that they have announced 6 days later after it was revealed on the social media that their application for grant was rejected!
