The link tells the story. About 25% of farmers soil test and of that % most the others don't do it properly......in other words they keep doing the same things over and over to the detriment of their soils.
The soil health in Australia needs to be improved and whilst mineral fertilisers are important they should be just one tool in the shed.
I think GPP has another potential tool......but its being cocked up by incompetence and not only GPP management. Monash scientists should hang their head also IMO. DB
