Never fall for the assumption that you are the only one that knows where stuff comes from.
I grew up on a dairy, which morphed itself in to a meat works.
I am yet to meet a farmer or business person who is not more interested in their bottom line than anything else.
I don't blame them....but surely you would admit that generational change in farming is difficult........look at no till cropping. Plenty of old style farmers watched their topsoil blow away until someone decide there was a better way.......bet that took some time to convince the old blokes...... their methods probably died out with them.
Check no till agriculture out.....1943 the first idea about it yet they are still just taking it up. Aimo DB
