IMO, it seems GPP didnt get off the couch to check the delivery.
Id like to ask, was there a MSDS, Content data sheet or label indicating the contents of the liquor?, the biostimulant/fertiliser was shipped halfway across the world without It, l doubt it.
How was it delivered to Monash? How did they establish a control?
The errors and failures continue to mount and in my book its clear where the issue lies, yet i cant see any changes coming.
Seems l was not wrong to exit.
