It was a case imo of that they were not capable or competent to issue guidance. How could they be relied on to do other parts of the business. You have to wonder, where there is no accounting of guidance failures to a reasonable explanation, lack of transparency , it may imply the same level of competency to the whole.

Eventually, the market figures this out, and it becomes more difficulty to raise money to continue the same stage show.

Only if the carrot is large enough, can they attract the foolish to ignore the past, in raisings to continue with same.

Some stocks linger on, others go into administration.

The market is many stocks. Some have capable drivers, others dont.
Its the punters job to work out, if two companies have identical assets, and presentations, which is able to deliver tangible path forward with competence.

So for mine, if the red flags appear, i know its better to change the horse.
