That's what consolidations do - they destroy shareholder wealth.
It reduces the number of shares on issue so they can start the whole dilution process over again.
Keep in mind, there was also a 1:25 consolidation in May this year.

....brilliant
and the result on one side of the coin is a lot of once faithful shareholders, whose lives have been either destroyed, or seriously messed with.
Flip the coin, and you have well fed management.
