I am expecting this is the lows and it'll be gravy for Gold from here.
Two scenarios:
1. 1450-1500 Gold late in the year / early next year if we get an impulsive move out of this bottom.
2. If the rally's kind of tepid Gold's going to be capped in the 1300-1310 level, and then Gold's going to head down and threaten the 2015 lows in 2019.
Sentiment is so poor, we've got enough fuel for a big move.
In the COT's the Commercials have reduced their shorts to 2015 levels.
A lot of this depends on the USD, if it confirms it's heading down towards multi-years lows.
Such is the life of a Gold bug.


Bottom line, is don't be concerned about a bit of weakness in Gold over the next few days. Look at the bigger picture.
