It looks to me that NNW is stuck with a minority interest, funded mainly by a $30M loan from the major shareholder. The deal looked overly complicated and is probably more murky than what we see face value.
Majorette Shareholder can get her 30mil back, I suppose, but how does the Company extricate itself, or get value from, the minority interest?
Can't wait for the next AGM!!
At the last one, they showed us some slides, but didn't publish them (they must ignore ASX rules), and no amount of 'phone calls or emails to Company would get a copy of said presentation.
The Chairman seemed competent and professional, but Chinese obviously hold sway.
