A bunch of the funds raised ($320k) will cover the costs of the issue here (ASX fees, plus legals, prospectus etc). Purchase options at 1.9 cents via this offer is still cheaper than the OB's which last traded at 3.5 cents. Mind, you, they will also probably fall pending digestion of this offer.
What is clear is that they screwed this up big time.
