RLE certainly are unpredictable. Unpredictability leads to share price volatility and a lack of confidence in RLE as an investment. Most of this I see results from poor financial management. This is reflected in the posts here on the latest move which may give some relief to one lot of option holders but comes at a cost to the other lot, those that have bought OBs. It also comes at a cost to the holders of the fully paid shares. Unpredictability is closely related to unreliability
