A further 4% dilution with close to 17mill OB's to be printed in this latest offering. 0.019 might seem like a gift at first glance, but let's not forget that in the first place, these things were freebies given away as sweetners to the big end of town. When they were putting this offer together OA's would've been around 0.01, so at 2:5 you'd essentially be paying 0.044 per OB, hardly a great deal. Anyone buying OA's at today's price will be paying 0.032 per OB.

This essentially kills off the OA's, puts the OB's on a trajectory towards 0.019 and likely puts further pressure on the FPO's to close the gap lower (0.089/0.077). Dare say we'll see an increased supply of OB's/FPO's enter the market over the coming days/weeks.
