SXG would surely fully understand that many SXG holders are also facing the Polaris NRO.
I think it is a good thing that smaller shareholders can participate as low as $1,500 and the maximum being $5,000 for everyone including POL / HRR / WSA.

We have seen sooo many SPP's over the past few months that I doubt very much that a majority of shareholders will take up the offer and going by your figure of 2,000 holders it looks like SXG are perhaps anticipating under 15% would take up the offer based on $5,000.
Obviously we know that some will opt for the two lesser sums which would increase the the 15% of acceptances.

Just a thought on the 2008 figure of 2,000 holders, i think you will find this has shrunk a fair bit due to un marketable parcels etc, as i think SXG had since asked smaller holders to top up or receive a payment.

At last things are looking much more positive for POL and SXG.
