This IMI deal looks like complete bollocks.. an attempt by related parties to steal Teena from RXL.. on a fully diluted basis, the amount of options being issued for DD & underwriters is almost equal to the amount of equity being issued for the deposit. The only reason you would spin it off like this is so insiders and other related parties can increase ownership through the new entity. This should be taken to the takeovers panel!
So dodgy.
