I bet the Teck lawyers are looking over this offer because if there is any problems or something goes "pear shaped" and they haven't dotted their i's or crossed a "t" in the IMI Medical transaction then that could have repercussions for Teck and their ability to obtain 100% ownership. If it really goes badly and the new IMI Mediacl/Zinc Exploration enentity or whatever it is goes into administration then Teck can buy the 30% or the Reward JV off the administrators for $1, that wouldn't be a good outcome for RXL shareholders would it?
