On first glance this appears to be a very clumsy conditional corporate manoeuvre to somehow get Teck to "either poop or get off the pot", and also at first glance seems like a royal shafting for existing RXL shareholders.
Lots of moving parts and possibly some hidden agendas at work here so will have a closer look tomorrow and put some useful thoughts down when I'm on a real computer with a keyboard tomorrow.
