There's nothing going on theoretically that they haven't said will happen but I agree it seems a bit of a strategy to get Teck to get it together and a nonsense way Of doing it but it's a crappy way of doing it they way it's been presented
The valuations have been clear though and why that's thw number a 2bit medical can come forwards with (plus 51% Teck interest spending $13.85 so far is the same no anyway)
