The RXL options should be termed steak knife options.
Why doesn't RXL just offer existing shareholders a 1:2 entitlement at 2 cents with 4 free attaching 3 cent listed options. This could raise over $10 million, will stop the directors from offloading the project without shareholder approval and over time may even reward shareholders!!!!
