This looks like a shot over TECHs bow..... I agree with Rox management,... If the Canadians want to wait till the "second coming" to do something with zinc deposits... There are other suitors who at least have the guts to make a proposition....
The status quo can not be allowed to continue... Stagnation is death... Aspiration is life.. Even if one fails at least one tried......
