This isn't a take-over offer to shareholders for their shares.
Its an offer to each of TBR and RND to buy their share of the EKJV interest.
A decision will be made at their board level. It's only if the board decided to accept (thereby triggering the ASX rules vis sale of major assets), that shareholders would get a vote.
